could the dispersers be connected to aerial disasters as well or are they isolated to ground distubances only?

I hope this Blog helps you, as well as a Number of us who are Equally as concerned for your father’s well being. At a time like this, a blog can really help you Add up all the information, and boil it down to its essence. I would hate for there to be such Division in your family over the subverted actions of a small group who’s actions are often cryptic and painfully opaque.
